Individual Axis Method

The Individual Axis Method is a focused, one-on-one session designed to give you clarity around how you’re wired, how you operate under stress, and what will help you move forward with more stability and intention.

This is ideal for professionals, leaders, and high-responsibility individuals who feel capable — but stretched — and want a cleaner way to think, decide, communicate, and perform.

Instead of vague advice or open-ended coaching, the Axis Method maps your real patterns so you can work with them, not against them.

What’s included:

• Your CliftonStrengths assessment code (provided after purchase)

• One 60-minute live Axis Method session on Zoom

• A clear breakdown of how your strengths show up at your best — and under stress

• Identification of your key drivers, blind spots, and guardrails

• Simple weekly habits that support how you’re actually wired

• A written Axis Action Plan summarizing everything discussed

This is not therapy and it’s not a long-term coaching commitment.

It’s a strategic reset designed to give you clarity and direction for the next 90 days.

Couples Axis Method

The Couples Axis Method is a structured, strengths-based alignment session designed to help partners understand how they’re wired, where friction comes from, and how to move forward with more stability and clarity.

This is ideal for couples who are capable, committed, and under pressure — careers, kids, blended families, or competing responsibilities — and want a clearer way to communicate and operate as a team.

Instead of revisiting the same arguments, the Axis Method focuses on patterns: how each partner thinks, reacts under stress, and contributes to alignment or friction in the relationship.

What’s included:

• CliftonStrengths assessment codes for both partners (provided after purchase)

• One 90-minute live Couples Axis Method session on Zoom

• Clear Partner A and Partner B strength profiles

• Identification of alignment points and recurring friction patterns

• Communication dynamics and roles & responsibilities mapping

• 30-day alignment agreements you both commit to

• A written Couples Axis Plan summarizing everything discussed

This is not couples therapy.

It’s a structured, strategic reset designed to help you communicate better, reduce friction, and create alignment for the next season of your relationship.

How the Axis Method Works

The Axis Method is designed to be simple, focused, and practical — not open-ended or overwhelming.

Step 1: Assess

You complete your CliftonStrengths assessment using the code provided after purchase. This gives us a clear, objective map of how you naturally think, decide, and respond under pressure.

Step 2: Align

We meet live on Zoom for your Axis Method session — 60 minutes for individuals or 90 minutes for couples. During the session, we interpret your strengths, identify patterns, and surface the drivers, blind spots, and friction points that matter most.

Step 3: Execute

After the session, you receive a clean, written Axis Plan that summarizes your strengths, patterns, habits, and next steps. This becomes your reference point for the next 30–90 days, helping you move forward with clarity and intention.

Why Work With Dan

I’ve spent over 25 years working in high-pressure environments where clarity, discipline, and emotional control matter.

My background includes leadership in the Marine Corps, supporting the President of the United States at Camp David, and more than two decades in the intelligence community. I’m also an ICF-certified coach and a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach.

The Axis Method reflects how I actually work with people — grounded, structured, and focused on patterns that affect real life. No hype. No fluff. Just clear insight and practical direction.

This work is about helping people operate with more clarity, stability, and intention — whether they’re leading a team or building a life together.

Frequently Asked Questions

**Do I need to know my strengths before booking?**

No. Your CliftonStrengths assessment code is included as part of the Axis Method. After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to complete the assessment before our session.

**What’s the difference between Top 5 and Full 34?**

Top 5 focuses on your dominant strengths and is often enough for clarity and direction. Full 34 provides a deeper, more comprehensive view of your strengths profile and patterns. Both follow the same Axis Method process — the difference is depth.

**Is this therapy?**

No. The Axis Method is not therapy and not a replacement for therapy. It’s a strengths-based coaching process focused on clarity, patterns, communication, and forward movement.

**What if my partner is skeptical about this?**

That’s common. The Axis Method is structured and practical — not emotional processing or blame-focused conversation. Most partners appreciate that it’s grounded, clear, and respectful of both perspectives.

**How are sessions conducted?**

All Axis Method sessions are held live on Zoom. You’ll receive confirmation details and reminders before your scheduled session.

**What will I receive afterward?**

You’ll receive a clean, written Axis Plan (PDF) that summarizes your strengths, patterns, habits, guardrails, and next steps — something you can reference beyond the session.

**What if I want ongoing support after the session?**

The Axis Method is designed as a focused reset. If ongoing coaching makes sense afterward, we can discuss one-to-one coaching or other options once you’ve completed your session.

Ready to Get Started?

If you’re ready for more clarity and less friction — in your work, your decisions, or your relationship — the Axis Method gives you a grounded way forward.

Choose the path that fits your situation and take the next step.
