I’ve spent my career leading in places where pressure is normal. Now I help other leaders handle it well.

From Camp David to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Dan built his foundation in places where pressure was constant and mistakes carried real consequences.
As a United States Marine, he served on the Presidential security detail and deployed to high risk environments overseas. After the military, he continued his career in the U.S. Intelligence Community, where he spent two decades in senior leadership roles. Clarity, accountability, and execution were expected every day.
Today, Dan works with executives, leadership teams, and organizations that want more from their people and are ready to do the work. The focus is direct: better communication, stronger self awareness, higher standards, and the ability to perform when the pressure starts stacking up.
Whether it’s one on one coaching, team coaching, strengths based work through the Axis Method, or a keynote, the goal stays the same. Dan helps people think clearly, communicate well, and follow through when it counts.
There are no scripts, no buzzwords, and no pretending.
This work is for people who are willing to take an honest look at how they operate and then do something about it.

I’m a father of five, and I live in Leesburg, Virginia. The same standards I bring to coaching are the ones I try to live by at home.
