Mission Statement:

Dan Peiffer is a leader and expert in growth and development. A United States Marine, Dan has led Marines providing security for the President of the United States at Camp David, and teams during counterterrorism operations supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Presently, he has held several managerial roles within the Central Intelligence Agency where he has led diverse teams with unique skill sets. His service comes with an abundance of accolades for his accomplishments as a leader. 

Having a focus on building and growing teams, Dan’s skills have been honed through decades of proven experience in volatile, high visibility and complex roles. He finds innovative solutions leveraging standard and creative practices. He has a remarkable ability to connect with individuals and groups through his diverse background, experiences and effective communication. It is common practice for Dan to facilitate individual and team, growth and development aimed at achieving realized and unrealized goals. 

Dan is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and he completed George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Certificate Program. Dan is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, who can deliver the Clifton Strengths Finder assessment.
