Marine Corps veteran. Coach. Father. Someone who has spent a long time operating in environments where pressure is normal and excuses don’t last long.

From Camp David to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Dan built his foundation in environments where pressure was constant and mistakes carried real consequences.
As a United States Marine, he supported Presidential security and operated in high-risk environments overseas. After the military, he continued his career in the Intelligence Community, working in roles where clarity, accountability, and execution were expected every day.
That background is paired with formal coaching training, including certification as an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, and team coaching as a Corentus team coach, along with leadership coaching training from George Mason University, and a BS in Management from University of Phoenix.
Today, Dan works with professionals, teams, and organizations who are not looking for motivation or surface-level conversations. The work is simple and direct: better communication, stronger self-awareness, higher standards, and the ability to operate when pressure starts stacking up.
Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, team coaching, strengths-based work through the Axis Method, or speaking engagements, the goal stays the same — help people think clearly, communicate effectively, and follow through at a higher level in real situations.
No scripts. No buzzwords. No pretending.
This is for people who are willing to take a real look at how they operate and do something about it.
